The story of PRK's Designs & Build — built on decades of passion, trust and an unwavering commitment to excellence by Raju Chacha.
PRK's Designs & Build was born from a simple but powerful belief — that every family deserves a home built with the same love and care as if it were being built for our own. What started as a small construction venture in the heart of East Delhi has grown into one of the region's most respected construction and architectural firms.
Under the visionary leadership of Raju Chacha, PRK's Designs & Build has completed 500+ projects across East Delhi and Delhi NCR — from individual homes to large commercial complexes and joint development projects.
We are not just builders. We are legacy creators. Every structure we build is a reflection of our core values: integrity, quality, and the relentless pursuit of perfection. We serve clients who expect the best — and we consistently deliver it.
Our journey has been defined by the trust placed in us by hundreds of families and businesses across Preet Vihar, Anand Vihar, Karkardooma, Laxmi Nagar, Mayur Vihar and beyond. That trust is our greatest asset — and the foundation of everything we do.
